Today, Denon is part of Masimo Consumer, following the acquisition of Sound United (the previous owner of D&M Holdings) by Masimo in 2022. While the brand remains rooted in Japanese engineering, its manufacturing footprint is global, with production occurring in Japan, Vietnam, and China depending on the specific model and component.
