Schwarzkopf is a heritage hair care brand with roots dating back to 1898 in Berlin, Germany. It was founded by Hans Schwarzkopf as a small drugstore which eventually introduced the first powder shampoo to the market. The brand quickly became a global leader in hair cosmetics, known for its innovation in coloring, styling, and hair repair products like the Gliss line shown here.

In 1995, the brand was acquired by Henkel, a major German multinational consumer goods company.
