FAGE Fruyo is a line of flavored Greek strained yogurt products produced by FAGE International S.A. The yogurt is characterized by its thick, creamy texture, which is achieved through a traditional straining process that removes watery whey. The Fruyo line specifically features yogurt pre-blended with fruit pieces or other flavorings.

The brand's history dates back to 1926, when Athanassios Filippou opened a small dairy shop in Athens, Greece. Over decades, the family-owned business expanded from a local shop to a national wholesale network and eventually into an international brand. In 1975, the company introduced 'FAGE Total,' the first commercial branded strained yogurt in Greece, which later spearheaded the global 'Greek yogurt' trend.

Today, FAGE remains under the ownership of the Filippou family. While its heritage is firmly Greek, the company relocated its corporate headquarters to Luxembourg in 2012 to navigate the Greek financial crisis and improve access to global markets. Manufacturing is distributed across several key facilities, notably in Metamorfosi (Greece) and Johnstown, New York (USA), to serve its broad international consumer base.
