Over the decades, the company evolved into a large-scale industrial bakery specializing in sponge cakes and wafers. In 2015, the company was acquired by Valeo Foods, an international food group. Despite changes in ownership, the production remains deeply rooted in Italy, specifically at its historic facilities in Nerviano, which serves as a central hub for its global distribution network.
