Stanley is an iconic American brand founded in 1913 by William Stanley Jr., who revolutionized the way hot drinks were consumed by inventing the all-steel vacuum flask. Originally based in New Britain, Connecticut, the brand became synonymous with durability and thermal performance for explorers, blue-collar workers, and outdoor enthusiasts.

Over the decades, the brand's ownership shifted. It was acquired by Aladdin in the 1960s before being purchased in 2002 by Pacific Market International (PMI), based in Seattle. Under PMI, the brand experienced a massive cultural resurgence, particularly with the Quencher tumbler. In 2021, PMI Worldwide was acquired by HAVI Group, a global supply chain and marketing firm. While the brand maintains its headquarters in Seattle, Washington, the majority of its manufacturing has moved to specialized facilities in China to meet global demand.
