After being nationalized during the communist era, the estate was returned to the family heirs at the turn of the millennium. Baroness Ileana Kripp (née Costinescu) and her husband Baron Jakob Kripp revived the winery under the Agricola Ştirbey brand. The production focuses on traditional Romanian methods and local grape varieties, preserving the viticultural history of the region. Today, it remains family-owned and highlights the unique terroir of the Drăgăşani vineyard.
