Lemonsoda is an iconic Italian beverage brand that dates back to the 1940s, originally created by the Milanese company Saga. It is widely recognized for its high concentration of real lemon juice and pulp, often referred to as 'L’Originale Limonata Italiana' (The Original Italian Lemonade). The production is deeply rooted in the Piedmont region, specifically at the Terme di Crodo plant in its namesake town, using water from the local Fonti di Crodo.
Over the decades, the brand's ownership has transitioned through major beverage conglomerates. After being part of the Crodo group and later acquired by Campari in 1999, the brand was eventually sold to the Danish brewery group Royal Unibrew in 2017. Today, Lemonsoda continues to be manufactured in Italy under the ownership of Royal Unibrew, maintaining its heritage as a classic Italian soft drink while benefiting from international distribution networks.
