De Stentor newspaper

De Stentor is a prominent regional daily newspaper in the Netherlands, primarily serving the regions of Overijssel, Gelderland, and Flevoland. It was formed in 2003 through the merger of several regional titles, including the Zwolsche Courant and the Deventer Dagblad, to create a unified editorial voice for the East-Central Netherlands.

Historically part of the Wegener media group, the publication underwent a significant shift in ownership as the European media landscape consolidated.
