Kissabel is a global brand of red-flesh apples developed through natural breeding techniques by the French company IFO (International Fruit Obtention). The brand is managed internationally by the IFORED group, a consortium of leading fruit producers from around the world.

Because of its global reach, Kissabel apples are grown in several countries to ensure year-round availability, including Italy, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Spain. In Italy, production is handled by major consortia such as Melinda, VIP, and VOG. The brand represents a range of varieties (Red, Orange, and Yellow) that are characterized by their unique internal coloration, which ranges from pink to deep red.
