While it remains deeply rooted in French identity, it is currently owned by the Cevital Group, an Algerian conglomerate that acquired the FagorBrandt group in 2014 to save the brand from insolvency. Production is distributed across various locations, notably in France (specifically at sites like Orléans and Vendôme) and Algeria, reflecting its international ownership structure while maintaining its French heritage.
