The product is the result of an educational and agricultural project by the Istituto di Istruzione Superiore 'A. Parolini', a historical agricultural school based in Bassano del Grappa, Italy.

Manufacturing and packaging are carried out by Azienda Agricola Gallizzi, located in Leffe (Bergamo), on behalf of the school. This collaboration highlights a local supply chain focused on preserving regional agricultural heritage and educational involvement. As a product of a public educational institution, it does not have a corporate ultimate owner in the traditional commercial sense, but is managed by the school under the Italian Ministry of Education.
