Fila is a world-renowned sportswear brand that originally began its journey in Biella, Italy, in 1911. Initially focusing on products for the local Italian textile industry, it rose to global prominence as a premier sports apparel brand, famously associated with tennis icon Bjorn Borg in the 1970s.

The brand underwent a major transformation in 2007 when its global operations were acquired by Fila Korea. This move established the brand's primary headquarters in Seoul, South Korea. Today, Fila operates as an international powerhouse in the athletic and lifestyle sectors, with its manufacturing outsourced to various countries across Asia and Europe to serve a global market.

In 2011, there was further expansion as ANTA Sports obtained the rights to the brand in China, Hong Kong, and Macau. However, the ultimate global brand ownership remains with Fila Holdings Corp. in South Korea, continuing its legacy of blending Italian heritage with modern performance design.
