Since 2015, the brand has been under the ultimate ownership of Valeo Foods Group, a major international food producer headquartered in Ireland. Valeo Foods was subsequently acquired by the global investment firm Bain Capital in 2021, marking its current status as part of a large multi-national portfolio of food brands while maintaining its traditional Italian production standards.
