Ekol Lojistik (Logistics Services)

Ekol Lojistik is a major European integrated logistics provider founded in Turkey in 1990. The company offers a wide range of services including freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain management across more than 10 countries. It is recognized for its significant investment in green logistics, particularly its intermodal transportation network which connects Europe and the Middle East.

In late 2024, a major acquisition deal was finalized where the Danish shipping and logistics giant DFDS acquired Ekol Lojistik's international transport network. This strategic move integrates Ekol's extensive land transport capabilities into DFDS's maritime network, creating a massive end-to-end logistics infrastructure headquartered out of Denmark, while maintaining operational hubs in Turkey and throughout Europe.
