Garofalo is a premier Italian pasta brand headquartered in Gragnano, Naples, a region renowned for its centuries-old tradition of pasta making. Known as the 'Pasta di Gragnano IGP' (Protected Geographical Indication), it is produced using high-quality durum wheat semolina and traditional bronze dies to create a texture that holds sauces perfectly.

Historically established in 1789, the company evolved from a local family business into a global premium brand. In 2014, the Spanish multinational Ebro Foods acquired a majority stake in the company, which remains the ultimate owner as of 2026. Despite this international ownership, the manufacturing remains strictly centered in Italy to maintain its IGP status and authentic heritage.
