Contour Care is a leading brand of blood glucose monitoring systems. Originally developed by Bayer's Diabetes Care division, the brand has a long history of innovation in diabetic self-testing. In 2016, Bayer sold its Diabetes Care business to Panasonic Healthcare Holdings, a company backed by KKR and Panasonic Corporation. This entity was subsequently renamed Ascensia Diabetes Care.

Today, while the brand maintains a strong global presence with headquarters in Switzerland, much of the precision manufacturing for the sensors and meters occurs in Japan, leveraging Panasonic's technological expertise. The product shown is distributed through specialized regional subsidiaries such as Ascensia Diabetes Care Deutschland GmbH to supply pharmacies and patients across Europe.
