Historically, the brand was part of the Independent Beauty Sweden AB group. In 2023, the brand underwent a significant ownership change when it was acquired by CCS Healthcare (part of Segulah Advisor), and subsequently integrated into the Nordic health and beauty portfolio of the Midsona Group, which now oversees its distribution and production. The products are primarily manufactured in Sweden, ensuring high quality and adherence to strict Nordic environmental and safety standards.
