Currently, the Sagra brand is owned by Salov S.p.A., an Italian group that also owns the globally recognized Filippo Berio brand. While Salov remains headquartered in Lucca, Italy, where the majority of its manufacturing processes occur, the company's ownership underwent a significant change in 2014. It was acquired by the Yimin Food Group, a subsidiary of the Chinese state-owned multinational Bright Food. This acquisition has helped the brand expand its presence in international markets while maintaining its Italian production roots.
