Sgambaro is a historic Italian pasta manufacturer founded in 1947 by Tullio Sgambaro. The company is renowned for being a pioneer in sustainability and the use of 100% Italian durum wheat, a commitment they have maintained for decades as highlighted on their packaging.

The entire production process is vertically integrated, meaning the company handles everything from the milling of the wheat in their own mill to the drawing and drying of the pasta. The manufacturing facility and mill are located in Castello di Godego, in the Treviso province of Italy. Sgambaro remains an independent, family-owned business, currently managed by the third generation of the Sgambaro family, making it a quintessential representative of authentic 'Made in Italy' food excellence.
