Dynaudio LYD 5 Studio Monitor

Dynaudio is a world-renowned manufacturer of high-end loudspeakers based in Skanderborg, Denmark. Founded in 1977, the company has built its reputation on engineering excellence and high-quality craftsmanship, producing nearly all of its speaker drivers and hand-crafted cabinets in-house at their Danish facility. The LYD series, including the LYD 5 shown in the image, is a professional-grade line of active monitors designed for precision audio production.

In 2014, a majority stake in Dynaudio was acquired by the Chinese company Goertek, which is known for its leadership in the acoustic consumer electronics market. Despite the change in ownership, the brand remains headquartered in Denmark, and the research, development, and high-end manufacturing continue to operate from their original Danish base to maintain the legendary 'Authentic Fidelity' associated with the brand.
