Catzy Mousse

Catzy is a classic Scandinavian hair care brand that has been a staple in Norwegian and Nordic households for decades. Known primarily for its hair sprays and styling mousses, the brand focuses on providing strong hold and reliable performance at an affordable price point.

The brand was originally developed in Norway by the company Ello, located in Lillehammer. Following corporate restructuring in the 20th century, the brand became part of the Orkla portfolio. Production was historically centered in Lillehammer, Norway, but following the closure of the Ello factory in 2017, manufacturing for most Catzy products, including their styling foams, was moved to Sweden. Today, the brand is owned by Orkla Home and Personal Care, part of the Norwegian conglomerate Orkla ASA, which oversees its distribution across the Nordic region.
