Nocilla Choco Milk 0% cocoa and milk spread

Nocilla is an iconic Spanish brand of chocolate and hazelnut spread that has been a staple in Spanish households since its creation in the 1960s. Originally developed by the Starlux company, inspired by Italian cocoa creams, it distinguished itself by its unique texture and marketing that focused on children's snacks ("merienda").

For decades, the brand was part of the Nutrexpa group. Since 2015, following the split of Nutrexpa, the brand has been under the ownership of Idilia Foods. The product is primarily manufactured in Spain, specifically at the group's factory in Parets del Vallès (Barcelona). In recent years, the brand has evolved its formula to exclude palm oil and offer '0%' sugar-added versions to cater to health-conscious consumers while maintaining its cultural status as Spain's leading alternative to Nutella.
