Oxmo is a Danish fashion brand founded in 1999 in Sønderborg, Denmark. Originally established as a small independent designer label, it quickly gained attention for its Scandinavian design philosophy, focusing on feminine details, ubran-chic aesthetics, and a blend of elegance with rugged accents. The brand's collections are known for incorporating bohemian and romantic elements into everyday wear, ranging from dresses and knitwear to tailored separates.

Historically, the brand was part of the CNS Group A/S, which also managed other Danish labels like Solid and Peppercorn. However, over time, the brand’s distribution and management have undergone various corporate shifts. Today, the brand is largely managed and distributed by the DK Company group, a major European fashion conglomerate. DK Company handles the sourcing and logistics, with production taking place in multiple global manufacturing hubs, including Bangladesh and China, to maintain a competitive presence in international markets like the UK, Germany, and Scandinavia.
