Systen Conti is a prescription hormone replacement therapy (HRT) product used primarily to alleviate symptoms of menopause. The brand was originally developed by Janssen Pharmaceutica, a company founded in Belgium and later integrated into the American multinational Johnson & Johnson.

In recent years, as part of a strategic shift to focus on innovative medicines, Johnson & Johnson spun off several of its legacy and consumer health pharmaceutical brands. The Systen range is now under the ownership of Theramex, a global pharmaceutical company dedicated specialized in women's health.
