In 2016, Dell completed a historic merger with EMC Corporation, forming Dell Technologies. This corporate structure consolidated several high-profile enterprise brands under one roof. The brand remains under the ultimate ownership of Dell Technologies Inc., a publicly traded entity where founder Michael Dell maintains significant control and leadership.
