Riesaer Zündhölzer (Riesa Matches) is a historic German brand with roots dating back to 1923 in the city of Riesa, Saxony. Known for their high environmental standards, these matches are marketed as 'eco-friendly,' being free of heavy metals, sulfur, and potassium dichromate, with packaging made from recycled paper. During the GDR era, the factory was a major state-owned producer (VEB Zündholzwerk Riesa).

Following German reunification and various corporate transitions, the production in Riesa eventually ceased in the mid-2000s, but the brand name survives. In 2024 and beyond, the brand is owned by the Adマッチ (Admatch) / Europe Match group.
