La Tosca is a premium pasta brand originating from the Tuscany region of Italy. It was born from a collaborative project between the Terre dell'Etruria cooperative and Unicoop Firenze (one of the largest cooperatives within the Coop Italia network). The brand emphasizes a transparent and sustainable local supply chain, utilizing only 100% Tuscan durum wheat grown without the use of glyphosate.

The production process is strictly regional: the wheat is cultivated by member farmers of the Terre dell'Etruria cooperative in the provinces of Livorno and Grosseto, milled in a local coastal mill, and then transformed into pasta in the Lucca area. The brand is particularly noted for its commitment to environmental and social values, featuring sustainable packaging and a QR code system that allows consumers to trace the exact field where the wheat was grown.
