Fiorentini is a historic Italian brand specializing in healthy snacks, organic puffed cereal cakes, and gluten-free bread substitutes. Founded in 1918 by Leonildo Fiorentini as a specialty food shop in the heart of Turin, the company has remained in the hands of the Fiorentini family for over a century, currently led by the third and fourth generations.

The brand's production is primarily centered in the Piedmont region of Italy. In 2019, the company inaugurated a highly automated Industry 4.0 plant in Trofarello, which serves as the main hub for manufacturing its signature cereal cakes and crackers. A second facility in Turin is dedicated to the production of nut-based spreads and other specialty items. Fiorentini has successfully positioned itself as a leader in the Italian market while exporting its health-focused products to more than 50 countries worldwide.
