Unox Good Noodles Kip

Unox is an iconic Dutch food brand established in 1937, long synonymous with hearty winter staples like pea soup (snert) and smoked sausages (rookworst). While deeply rooted in the Netherlands, its product range has expanded to include convenient snacks like 'Good Noodles.' Historically owned by the British-Dutch multinational Unilever, the brand entered a major transition period in late 2024.

Unilever announced the divestment of the core Unox brand to the Zwanenberg Food Group, a move expected to be finalized by 2026. However, this transition is complex: while Zwanenberg takes over the majority of the brand and manufacturing (including the historic factory in Oss), Unilever has strategically retained ownership of the instant noodle and 'Cup-a-Soup' lines. Consequently, as of 2026, Unox instant noodle products continue to be part of the Unilever portfolio. Manufacturing for these noodle products typically occurs across various European facilities to serve the Benelux and German markets.
