Today, the brand is operated by Büsumer Feinkost GmbH, which is led by industry veterans Lars Jochims and Markus Rüsch. The brand focuses on premium seafood delicacies, maintaining strong ties to its North Sea heritage while sourcing top-tier raw materials internationally.
