ICA Original Senap is a classic Swedish mustard produced by the major Swedish retailer ICA Gruppen. The product is manufactured in Sweden, typically using ingredients sourced locally and within the EU. The brand is a core private label of ICA, which was established in 1938 based on a business model from 1917.

Ownership of the brand has evolved significantly over the years. Originally founded as a cooperative for independent retailers, ICA was partially owned by the Dutch company Ahold for a period. Currently, the ultimate ownership lies with ICA-handlarnas Förbund (the Association of ICA Retailers) and the pension fund AMF, following a successful buyout and delisting of the company from the stock exchange in early 2022.
