Marigold dairy and beverage products

Marigold is a prominent household brand in Southeast Asia, particularly well-known for its range of dairy products and fruit juices. The brand was developed by Malaysia Dairy Industries (MDI), which was founded in 1963 as a joint venture between Singaporean partners and the Australian Dairy Produce Board. By 1969, the Singaporean partners acquired full ownership, making it a locally-owned entity.

Today, Marigold operates through two main arms: Malaysia Dairy Industries Pte Ltd in Singapore and its subsidiary Malaysia Milk Sdn Bhd in Malaysia. Manufacturing occurs at state-of-the-art facilities in both countries, including plants in Singapore and Malaysian locations such as Petaling Jaya and Klang. The brand is famous for innovations like Marigold HL Milk and Peel Fresh juice, and it maintains a strong presence across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa through extensive export networks. Ownership remains private, held by the original founding interests in Singapore.
