Locobase Eczema Cream

Locobase is a well-established skincare brand that originated in Scandinavia, specifically developed by Swedish dermatologists over 30 years ago. It was originally created to address the need for intensive care for dry, sensitive, and eczema-prone skin, serving as a non-steroidal alternative or supplement to medical treatments.

Historically, the brand was part of the LEO Pharma portfolio (a Danish pharmaceutical company) before being acquired in 2018 by Karo Healthcare (formerly Karo Pharma AB), a Swedish-based consumer healthcare company. Currently, Karo Healthcare is owned by the global investment firm KKR (Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.), which completed its acquisition of the company in late 2022. While the brand's heritage is deeply rooted in Sweden and Denmark, its products are manufactured in multiple locations across Europe to serve more than 25 countries worldwide.
