Olio Clemente is a premium Italian olive oil produced by Olearia Clemente S.r.l., a family-owned company with a heritage dating back to 1895. The company is headquartered and operates its production facilities in Manfredonia, within the Puglia region of southern Italy. This region, specifically the Gargano National Park, provides the unique terroir and traditional cultivars—such as Coratina, Ogliarola Garganica, and Peranzana—that define the brand's flavor profile.

The brand maintains a strictly integrated supply chain, managing every stage from the cultivation of over 400 hectares of olive groves to milling, bottling, and distribution. Today, the company remains under the direct ownership and management of the Clemente family, specifically the fifth generation including Michele, Antonello, Carla, and Ilenia Clemente. They have expanded the brand's reach globally, exporting to more than 40 countries while maintaining certifications such as DOP Dauno Gargano and various organic standards.
