Carletti Afhugget Finger marshmallow

Afhugget Finger is a popular marshmallow-based confectionery item known for its playful and slightly macabre 'severed finger' shape, flavored with vanilla. It is a product of the Danish brand Carletti, which has been a staple in the Nordic confectionery market for over a century.

The brand was founded in 1918 by brothers Henry Peder and Niels Carl Jacobsen in Aarhus, Denmark. Since 2006, Carletti has been part of the family-owned Danish industrial group, Givesco Group. While Carletti maintains its headquarters and major production facilities in Skødstrup (near Aarhus) and Vejle, Denmark, it also operates manufacturing sites in Poland and Finland (following the acquisition of Makua Foods), allowing it to supply the wider Northern European market efficiently.
