Mr. Brownie Chocolate Brownie

Mr. Brownie is a premium bakery brand specialized in individually wrapped, moist, and fudgy brownies. Although the branding features a character named John Brown with a British aesthetic, the brand is actually Spanish in origin. It was launched internationally in late 2018 by the Spanish company Magdalenas Lázaro S.A.

The products are manufactured in a specialized facility located in Alfamén (Zaragoza), Spain. The company prides itself on using high-quality ingredients, such as real Belgian chocolate, and maintains a production process free from palm oil, GMOs, and artificial colors. Despite its relatively recent launch as a standalone brand, its roots go back to a family bakery founded in 1948 by Pedro Lázaro and Pilar Pérez, which has evolved through three generations into a major international exporter present in over 60 countries.
