The product is manufactured primarily in Italy across Bauli's various production sites, such as the facility in San Martino Buon Albergo. Bauli emphasizes the use of their 'Futura' mother yeast, a sourdough starter they have maintained for over 100 years, which gives the snack its characteristic lightness and texture.
