In late 2024, a major merger was announced involving SPC Global, The Original Juice Co, and Nature One Dairy. This merger, often described as a strategic move to create an Australian food and beverage powerhouse (likened by the chairman to 'the empire strikes back' against foreign ownership), resulted in the formation of a combined entity listed on the ASX as SPC Global Holdings Ltd (SPG).
