The brand Løgismose was founded in 1965 by Sven and Lene Grønlykke, who transformed their manor, Løgismose Gods, into a hub for gourmet food and wine. Since 2023, the brand has returned to local ownership under Halberg A/S, a family-owned investment company based in Svendborg, Denmark. This transition marked a move away from private equity ownership (IK Partners) to a long-term, family-controlled structure that emphasizes the brand's heritage and its roots in Funen.
