Karnak is a historic brand specializing in office supplies and stationery, originally established in the Republic of San Marino in 1960 by Ernesto Bianchini. For decades, Karnak was a leading European distributor of office products, particularly known in the Italian market for its extensive catalog and direct sales network.

Following complex legal and financial challenges in the early 2010s, including investigations into "esterovestizione" (tax inversion) and the inclusion of San Marino on the Italian tax black list, the original Karnak S.A. ceased its primary operations in San Marino in 2015. Most of the brand's business and logistics were absorbed and restructured into MyO S.p.A., an Italian company based in Poggio Torriana (Rimini), which is still owned by the Bianchini family.

Today, the manufacturing of products under the legacy of the Karnak brand primarily takes place in Italy, with MyO serving as the ultimate owner and operator of the business. The brand remains a symbol of Italian office distribution history, evolving from its San Marinese roots to a fully Italian-based industrial entity.
