(Sorgenti Emiliane Modena), which manages the extraction and packaging processes at an altitude of approximately 935 meters.

As a private label product, the brand is owned by Coop Italia, a national consortium of consumer cooperatives. Coop's history dates back to 1854 with the establishment of the first cooperative in Turin, aiming to protect consumer purchasing power. Today, Coop Italia operates as a cooperative system owned by its millions of members, maintaining a strong focus on sustainability, such as using recycled plastic in their bottles and sourcing water from springs close to their distribution points to minimize carbon emissions.
