The brand quickly rose to prominence in the post-war era, becoming a symbol of modern Italian food production. In 1992, the Pavesi company was fully integrated into the Barilla Group, one of the world's leading pasta and bakery manufacturers. Today, Pavesini are primarily manufactured in Italy at Barilla's specialized production facilities, continuing the heritage of the original Novara bakery. They are widely recognized as a healthy snack due to their low fat content and are frequently used as a base for desserts like Tiramisu.
