In December 2023, it was announced that the Bielenda Group, a major player in the Polish beauty market supported by the investment firm Innova Capital, would acquire 100% of Torf Corporation, including the Tołpa and ON brands. This acquisition, finalized as the group moved into 2024 and 2025, consolidated Tołpa under the Bielenda Group's umbrella, expanding their portfolio to include a strong presence in the oral care segment. The product is manufactured in Poland, maintaining the brand's local production tradition while leveraging the global distribution network of the Bielenda Group.
