Llet Nostra is a prominent dairy brand based in Catalonia, Spain. It was founded in 2003 as a collaborative response by over 200 Catalan family-owned livestock farms after major national distributors stopped purchasing their milk. The initiative aimed to ensure the survival of local dairy farming by creating a direct-to-consumer brand that guarantees fair prices for producers.

The entire production and manufacturing process take place within Catalonia, sourcing raw milk from several local cooperatives including Cooperativa Lletera del Cadí and Ramaders del Baix Empordà. The product is known for its emphasis on proximity, sustainability, and animal welfare, carrying certifications that attest to the ethical treatment of their livestock. Today, it stands as a leading brand in the Catalan milk market, owned collectively by the member cooperatives under the corporate entity Llet Nostra Alimentària, S.L.
