APAP Extra is a popular over-the-counter analgesic and antipyretic medication primarily marketed in Poland. It contains a combination of paracetamol (500 mg) and caffeine (65 mg), where caffeine acts as an adjuvant to enhance the pain-relieving effects of paracetamol. The product is used for various types of pain, including headaches, migraines, and muscle aches, as well as for reducing fever associated with colds and flu.

The brand was established in 1992 by Voitka Napiórkowski and was the first brand launched by the company that would become USP Zdrowie. Since its inception, it has grown to become one of the most recognized pharmaceutical brands in the Polish market. The manufacturing is carried out in Poland by US Pharmacia Sp. z o.o., which is part of the larger USP Group.

Today, APAP remains under the ownership of USP Zdrowie (USP Group), a leading pharmaceutical company in Central and Eastern Europe. The group is headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, and continues to manage a broad portfolio of health and wellness products, maintaining a significant presence in the Polish pharmaceutical industry.
