Turun Sinappia (Swedish: Åbo senap) is a classic Finnish mustard brand that has become a staple of Finnish food culture. The brand was originally created by Turun Muna in 1926 in the city of Turku, Finland. Over the decades, it became the most popular mustard in the country, recognized by its distinctive tube packaging and various spice levels.

Ownership of the brand changed hands several times, eventually being acquired by the multinational corporation Unilever. A significant controversy arose in the early 2000s when production was moved out of Finland to Sweden and later Poland, leading to the rise of domestic competitors. However, in response to consumer demand and the importance of the brand's heritage, production was returned to Finland. Today, the mustard is manufactured by Maustaja in Pyhäntä, Finland, and continues to be owned by Unilever through its local subsidiaries.
