Flag of Spain

The image depicts the national flag of Spain, known as the 'Rojigualda'. It consists of three horizontal stripes: red, yellow, and red, with the yellow stripe being twice the width of each red stripe. The Spanish coat of arms is positioned off-center toward the hoist side.

While the design and specifications are strictly regulated by the Spanish Constitution and subsequent laws, the actual physical flags are manufactured by numerous textile companies globally. Production occurs extensively within Spain for official and domestic use, but they are also produced in other countries like China for the international commercial market.

As a national symbol, the 'brand' or design belongs to the Kingdom of Spain. There is no corporate ultimate owner; rather, the state and its citizens are the collective custodians of this national emblem.
