Arvid Nordqvist is a prestigious Swedish brand with a deep heritage in coffee roasting and fine foods. Founded in Stockholm in 1884 by Arvid Nordqvist, the company initially started as a small delicatessen. Over the decades, it transformed into one of Sweden's most recognized coffee roasters, known for its premium selection and commitment to sustainability. The brand's coffee is exclusively roasted in their CO2-neutral roastery located in Solna, just outside Stockholm.

Today, the brand remains under the management and ownership of the Nordqvist family through the parent company Arvid Nordqvist Hab. Unlike many other Swedish legacy brands that have been acquired by multinational conglomerates, Arvid Nordqvist has maintained its independence and Swedish roots. The company is famous for its 'Classic' coffee line and its pioneer status in organic and Fairtrade certifications within the Nordic market.
