Motorola Edge 50 Neo smartphone

The Motorola Edge 50 Neo (mismarked in some marketing materials as 60 Neo) is a high-performance smartphone from the historic Motorola brand. Originally an American pioneer in telecommunications, Motorola's mobile division underwent significant corporate changes over the decades. The brand was founded in Chicago, USA, in 1928 by the Galvin brothers.

Today, Motorola Mobility is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lenovo, a global technology leader based in China and the US. While the brand maintains a strong design and engineering presence in Chicago, most of its manufacturing takes place in global hubs, primarily in China and Brazil. Lenovo's acquisition of Motorola from Google in 2014 solidified the brand's position as a key player in the Android smartphone market.
