Artesco Finger Moistener

Artesco is a leading brand in the stationery and office supplies sector. Originally founded in Peru in 1976 by the Alon and Galsky families, it grew into a dominant regional player known for products like markers, colored pencils, and office accessories. The brand is synonymous with quality educational and office materials across Latin America.

In 2018, the German multinational Faber-Castell, one of the world's oldest and largest manufacturers of pens and pencils, acquired a majority stake in Artesco. This strategic acquisition allowed Faber-Castell to strengthen its market position in Peru and neighboring markets. Today, while the manufacturing remains primarily focused in Peru to serve the local and regional markets, the brand operates under the global corporate umbrella of Faber-Castell.
